November 2020 saw the launch of Skill Step Training’s sister company, Skill Step Training C.I.C (Community Interest Company) which is a not-for-profit community interest company providing life-long learning opportunities which will allow Doncaster and its people to thrive. Skill Step Training C.I.C delivers education, training, and support programme which:
- Prepares young people and adults in Doncaster for a life which is fulfilling
- Prepares young people and adults in Doncaster for the world of work
- Supports Doncaster residents into good quality jobs
