Skill Step Training provides efficient, tailored and quality training programmes which meet the needs of our learners, employers and communities.

Skill Step Training, part of Skill Step Group Ltd, was founded in June 2020 in order to support learners in gaining the skills, knowledge, behaviours and qualifications needed for a successful career and life. We want to play our part in supporting our local economy by ensuring that people are equipped to access employment, training or higher education and by enabling more people to learn throughout their lives by providing them with the skills to access work or to progress within their career.

We are passionate about providing training and changing people's lives. We work collaboratively with our partners to design and deliver training programmes appropriate to our employers, learners and local labour market. We pride our self on delivering an outstanding service.
